The article discusses the importance of motivational strategies of civil servants, forms and methods of their use in human resource practices.

The article notes that the process of rationing of the number of federal civil servants due to the redistribution of authority, with a constant and stable character and the formation of conditions to achieve the goals and objectives of the strategies and programs of social and economic development of the country. The authors identify a number of management science approaches to the determination of the number of civil servants: resource, prescriptive and effective.

In this article the author examines the advertising activities as one of the types of business activities. The author proceeds from the understanding that advertising relationships are inextricably linked to cross-border activities, that is why the correct regulation of these relations should be guided, in addition to the norms of the Russian substantive law rules of private international law. The author considers the provisions on advertising in the United States, the European Union (it was, in particular, stipulated in the European Convention on Transfrontier Television), as well as CIS countries.
