Abstract
The problem of the relation of the fundamental trends of modern civilization localization and globalism. Ignoring local laws governing the development of different types of crops and accentuation on globalization leads to a distortion of the objective in understanding the present state of the world which is moving odes unipolar way to the new multipolarity.
