Abstract
Formation of finances through credit resources by small business has series difficulties. Slowdown in lending to small businesses due to the tightening of lending approaches on negative changes in the economy. The priority purpose of the state is to ensure macroeconomic and political stability, as well as increased levels of support for small businesses. There is mechanism of interaction of state support for small businesses and banks.
