Abstract
In article reveals the understanding and awareness of the importance of creation and continuous updating of new knowledge of personnel of the organization in its’ innovative activity. Innovative knowledge of the organization is not only a survival way in global economy, but also its’ innovative development in environment of knowledge to be on the 6-th wave of the Kondratiev cycle of economy. Need of innovative education of leaders of all levels of management on the basis of the innovative culture of knowledge and abilities to operate them in a crisis situation is proved.
