Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the current global economic and technological trends in the modern economy, which affect the transformation of the labor market and the formation of new socio-economic demands of workers changing the existing pattern of career behavior. In total the changes associated with the transition to the phase of restorative growth and the digitization of the economy determine entrepreneurial moods and intentions in the context of building internal personnel policy affecting the issues of training and retraining of the most demanded specialists.
