Abstract

The imperative of viability of the state in a situation of amplification of new types of destructive challenges and threats to its existence, functioning and development, actualizes behind the Russian authorities the task of active use of anti-crisis communications in public administration. The imposition of sanctions against Russia by the European Union and the United States in 2014 encourages Russia to take into account the exacerbation of geopolitical rivalry in the economic and information-psychological sphere. Range of instruments and mechanisms of political control can be effectively extended by the state information policy in the special conditions designed to dampen the impact of the risks on the system structure of the state that occur as a result of global and long-term changes in the state of the environment.
