Возрастание роли интеллектуального и человеческий капиталов в модернизируемой российской экономике

Abstract

The paper gives a brief survey of the theoretical and practical issues of development and use of intellectual and human capitals in modernizing Russian economy. Formation of modern intellectual capital is concerned as an important process, without which no transition of the domestic economy to innovative development is possible. Methodological aspects of the formation of intellectual property of the country are dealt with. The author’s recommendations are offered.
