Abstract
The article discusses the advantages, features, perspectives, as well as the problems of the implementation of the project approach in the work of public authorities. The article studies the problems of personnel work of the implementation of the project approach in the work of public authorities. The article emphasizes the relevance of increasing the project competence of specialists of public authorities.
