EMERGENCE OF "DIGITAL ELITE" IN MODERNIZATION PROCESS OF RUSSIA

Abstract

In the article the authors put forward and will consider the hypothesis that appearance-research Institute in modern Russia the determinants of the emergence of the rudiments of the so-called «digital elite» the group of actors related to the ruling political elite and the elites business whose future they associate with cyfrowy-organization of the country.
