SIGNIFICANCE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE SINO-RUSSIAN ENERGY INVESTMENT FUND

Abstract

The establishment of the Sino-Russian Investment Fund in the Energy Sector is one of the most effective measures for the development and integration of the joint economic zone that unites the “Economic belt of the Silk Road” and the Eurasian Economic Union. The possible implementation of this innovative project will ensure achievement of the set goals, taking into account the most accurate use of financial resources by all participants. Also, the implementation of the project will ensure a comprehensive pragmatic cooperation between China and Russia on numerous issues of international economic cooperation and the formation of a competitive environment.
