Abstract

The article is devoted to different kinds of barriers, hindering the effective communication in the sphere of management. The barriers in organizational communications are concerned. Substantial attention is paid to the language barriers so in oral as in written kinds of business communication. The necessity of taking into account social cultural differences of communicating people and also their individual peculiarities are emphasized.
