KNOWLEDGE AND HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE SYSTEM OF PRODUCTION FACTORS OF THE NEW ECONOMY

Abstract

The aim of the article is a theoretical analysis and a scientic substantiation of the features of formation and development of the factors of production system with a functioning knowledge economy. The subject of research articles are the theoretical and methodological bases of formation and development of the factors of production systems in the context of building a knowledge economy. The article shows the determining role of the factors of production systems for the economy and society. Based on the analysis of scientic thought shows the evolution of production factors in the context of building a knowledge economy. The denition of an economy based on knowledge. The role of information and knowledge as a qualitatively new factors of production and economic development in the current economic conditions. It substantiates the importance of education as the main source of public knowledge and human capital formation. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that there is a positive correlation between the development of knowledge and human capital as factors of production and socio-economic development of society.
