Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the fundamental principles of federalism is «subsidiarity». The author explores the problems of implementing the principle of subsidiarity and the peculiarities of its functioning in the framework of the Russian space. As well as the conditions under which the principle is embodied in Russia in practice. Discusses the characteristics of the current state of Federal relations. Skillfully identied as to distinguish objects of reference and powers between Federal, regional and local public authorities.
