OPTIMIZATION OF MANAGEMENT FORMS AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL CHARACTER IMPLEMENTATION OF RURAL ECONOMIC AREAS

Abstract

For a long period of time, the agrarian sphere can not escape from the system of social and economic crisis that continues to the village of degradation, which leads to the need for a scientic explanation of the root causes of this situation. Organizational economic mechanism of implementation of the various aspects of the multifunctional nature of rural areas implies integration in alternative embodiments, existing forms of economy. Of all the forms of agricultural production the most appropriate for rural areas are large collective enterprises, genetically derived from the nature of the agricultural mentality of villagers. That engaging not only the production but also the storage, processing and even marketing their products without intermediaries, they create a number of jobs to maximize the scope of work for local population, which does not always t into the framework of pure economic efciency, but solve complex issues of social efciency, save villages.
