Abstract
The authors of this paper, one of the rst advocates the importance of Russia in the proclamation of the national idea as a strategic management framework. From the point of view of the authors, the national idea is to ensure the necessary conditions for sustainable growth of innovative welfare levels, the security of every person, family, community, state, contributing to the strengthening of the power and prosperity of the Motherland Russia as part of the international community.
