Abstract
The analysis of regional labor market's situation in the conditions of the economic crisis is carried out, the regulation results of the population employment are discussed by the government bodies and establishments in the Volgograd region. Strengthening measures of regulatory influence of executive power are offered in order to decrease an intensity in labor market.
