INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION COOPERATION IN THE COUNTERACTION OF ILLEGAL MIGRATION: AN ANALYSIS OF PRACTICES AND A SYSTEM OF MEASURES

Abstract

The article examines patterns of illegal (undocumented) immigration in the context of globalization of the world economy and the need of transition to a new paradigm: from the fight to counteraction using a variety of measures based on international cooperation of the recipient countries and donor countries of illegal migrants. The emphasis is on economic measures that resolve the contradictions between recipient countries and donor countries, between the government and business, taking into account the interests of all participants of the migration relationship.
