Abstract

This article analyzes the development of legal norms in the field of intellectual property, since becoming the primary forms of capitalist relations, which are the economic basis of the appearance of intellectual property as a theoretical concept, political and legal conditions of social life. Shows the general trends in the development of political and legal standards for the protection of intellectual trends. The dependence of the legal norms of the moral and economic constraints and the need to analyze trends of development.
