Abstract

In article is considered a number of approaches to solving the problem of "narodzenie" that directly or indirectly arise from the aspirations of political leaders of the country and decisions of higher authorities. They especially actively began to sound in the second decade of the twenty-first century, as in Russia there was a certain "safety margin" for an active social policy. The important part here are the changes and, correspondingly, increase of life level in the village. In his address to the Federal Assembly on 3 December 2015, Vladimir Putin thanked the villagers for their hard work, improvement of the agrarian sector in the country's development and improving its competitiveness among other States. The authors analyze the current political practice and the need to coordinate agro-social policy of member States of the Customs Union. Its progress could affect positively and nature of integration of member countries of BRICS and SCO. Are proposed new requirements of the management training. But this work must be brought to the attention of the parties as subjects of the formation of modern political system. This problem put the authors of the article.
