Abstract
The success of effective functioning of the organization are its human resource. Cross-cultural knowledge management includes competence in the field of behavioral models and stereotypes, values, understanding national and cross-cultural peculiarities of human behavior. The above knowledge to help managers to build trust in the company and increase of competitiveness of the organization.
