Abstract

The article examines the concept of active longevity, allowing to move the debate on the implications of aging with negative growth expectations burden on public finances and economy to discuss the possibilities of a more active use of the potential of older people. The author examines the key issues of active longevity in Russia, the instrument of social policy to improve the well-being of the elderly.
