Современные формы взаимодействия национальной диаспоры и органов местного самоуправления (на примере армянской общины г. Ростова-на-Дону)

Abstract

The article analyzes the main forms of cooperation of the Armenian community of Rostov-on-don and bodies of local self-government, examines the activities of local authorities, public organizations, and national diasporas, the ways and mechanisms for strengthening inter-ethnic and mediacollege consent in the city. Conclusions about the trends and prospects of resolution of problems of interaction of national diasporas and local authorities, and suggests some activities that contribute to building a constructive dialogue between them.
