Abstract

The authors substantiate the judgment that any kind of security contains the human content, which should reflect the interests of ordinary citizens, be understandable, approved and, consequently, adopted and implemented consciously. In this regard, the problems of personal security in the legal-political dimension require a deep scientific and theoretical reflection.
