Abstract

The article introduces the concept of information-analytical system "Electronic region Rostov region" (IAS ER RO) The structure and the supply of information flows IAS ER PO determined the direction of the system: the residents of the Rostov region, public authorities, municipalities, community organizations business organizations based on Rostov region, describes how the information will be supplied, details the main modules (subsystems) components IAS ER PO also analyzed conclusion, unlimited expansion of the number of subsystems in IAS ER RO.
