Инструменты региональной политики в системе механизмов национальной безопасности (на примере Алтайского края)

Abstract

The article States that in the modern approach to the organization of the national security potential of regional and municipal authorities practically ignored. Understanding the need to include regional and municipal authorities in the system of national security leads to underfunding of this activity. This leads to the fact that the optimal safety performance of the state and citizens are not achieved. For example, the use of tools regional target programs to combat crime and improve traffic it is shown that the involvement of regions in this work not only leads to the achievement of positive social effects, but improves the work of state institutions.
