Abstract

The need to rethink the understanding of national security as a system of measures to ensure the Status Quo of the political system follows from the fact that the former logic of the development of civil society was focused on the preservation of preferences obtained in the stage of development of the territory and resources is outdated because the current confrontation of Biosphere and Humanity is a universal danger, its level superior the private and national interests. The risk of confrontation is exacerbated by the fact that the world's economic development continues the outdated industrial technology platform, and the policy measures maintain this as a convenient platform for the part of civil society attribute of preferences destructive illusion, the same for the elites, and all members of civil society as well. To overcome the opposition of the Biosphere and Humanity the Biogeosystem technique is offered.
