Abstract

In the article it is offered to look through a prism of the changed social reality which is formed under the influence of information and communication technologies on well-known all at the words "war and peace" which are traditionally used together, but already losing the conceptual borders and habitual perception in process of the menacing growth of information aggression and distribution of information wars. Respectively, problems of ensuring military and national security of the Russian state need reconsideration from positions of new information reality and the processes proceeding in its space.
