Abstract
It is found that in practice, increase food security there are three domains of planning: progressive, retrograde and circular. Used planning methods, depending on the specific form. A system of methods includes: regulatory, company, program-oriented, economic-mathematical, expert, factual, systematic, and others that contribute to the objectivity of the performance of strategic plans.
