Ретроспективный анализ методик рейтинговых оценок эффективности деятельности региональных властей РФ

Abstract

The article considers the ratings of Russian regional authorities, Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation used with 2010-2014, analyzed the position of the leading regions and regions outsiders in each rating assessment, the number of indicators, on the scope of the rating, the functional content of ratings it possible to determine the impact of changes in the approach of the ratings on the position of the leading regions and regions outsiders, as well as substantiated conclusion about the need to improve estimates of the integrated development of the regions for the management contingency analysis tools that affect the quality of regional governance.
