Abstract

The article deals with the application of mediation techniques as a warning of bankruptcy of enterprises. It discloses principles, distinctive features, especially the implementation of industrial mediation. The practical situation, the need for a mechanism of mediation by the court-appointed trustees in bankruptcy proceedings enterprises to achieve a balance of interests of participants of the bankruptcy case.
