Abstract

In the article the state of the system of modern values and level of culture of Russians is analyzed in the conditions of forming in Russia of informative society. An author examines ratified Decree of President of Russian Federation document of "Basis of public cultural policy". He makes suggestions on the increase of efficiency of activity of the state in the field of culture and moral values within the framework of development of informative society in Russia.
