Abstract
The article considers actual problems of keeping and widening state territorial unity, reproduction of socio-economic potential that are main functions of agrarian territories. This polisy is raising under global food crisis, globalization of economy, land resourses (with risks and sanctions of economic, political and nature-climate in Russia. Changes in agriculture are shown up in government support of agriculture measures raising on the base of innovations of sustainable development of agrarian territories in Russia and Rostov territory.
