Abstract

The article examines the key aspects that characterize the development of the Russian labor market during the 1990s; an analysis of the conceptual approaches to the treatment of the transformational cycle, including E.T. Gaidar, which allowed a number of conclusions regarding the problems and prospects of the real functioning of the Russian labor market at the stage of its formation.
