Abstract

In the article grounded the necessity of implementing measures to optimize the structure and authority of the executive bodies, suggested stages and elements of the regular number of federal civil servants valuation. The result of the valuation staffing levels should be to reduce the duplication of functions (scope of works, operations, actions) and powers, as well as normalization of the number of civil servants.
