Роль социальных технологий в формировании креативной социальной среды государственной гражданской службы

Abstract

The theoretical and empirical material opening a role of social technologies in formation of the creative social environment of public service is presented in article. The author pays attention to the growing requirements imposed to institute of the public civil service, opens essence of social technologies of formation of creativity of this institute, and also reveals the barriers arising on a way of creative and innovative development of the social environment.
