Abstract

The article on the basis of studying of theoretiko-methodological basis of modeling of cluster strategy in the region opportunities and instruments of effective integration of capacity of the state and business taking into account features of financing of cluster initiatives are investigated. The model of system of the state financial support of cluster initiatives in priority spheres of the regional economy, based on the concept of the Threefold spiral is offered.
