Abstract
The article article on the basis of studying of teoretiko-methodological basis of achievement of the balanced innovative development of large macroregions opportunities and tools of the spatial organization of resource capacity of the regions which were their part for implementation of innovative projects of interregional value are investigated. The method of an integrated assessment of innovative opportunities of regions from a position of their effective participation in such projects is offered.
