Abstract

The article reveals the content of the definitions of “parliamentarism”, “modern parliamentarism” in the current environment, where the followers of a unipolar world States imposed “global governance”. Modern parliamentarism is defined as a system of political organization of the state, a special type of device the Supreme power, and, of course, the system Board. Disclosed formats protoplanetary and shows their distance from the standards of parliamentary democracy. Also presented the results at the end of may 2014 elections to the European Parliament, which celebrated its 30th anniversary under the continuing pressure of the center-right and the heightened activity of "deputies-singles", representatives of the new small political parties in the territorial space of Europe. Against this background, there is a change of political leaders of the continent.
