Кейс-стади как эффективный метод тренинговых технологий в подготовке управленческих кадров

Abstract

In this paper on case studies method in educational courses authors provide a brief review of methodology of case-study, its nature and the ways in which they can be used. On the basis of the positive results of using this method in the South-Russian institute of the Russian Presidential academy of national economy and public administration we propose to consider case study as a stimulus which encourages the acquisition of such skills as the development of critical thinking, dealing with real problems, the importance of presentation skills, active cooperative learning.
