Abstract

Afghanistan occupies geopolitically advantageous location that causes intersection of interests of the extraregional powers. A review of the modern political and economical situation of Afghanistan is presented in the article. The author dwells on the problems of narcobusiness and terrorism in the country. The article touches upon the issues of national security, armed forces, unemployment,it deals as well as with the assistance in the world community's problem-solving.
