The article is devoted to the consideration of an economic entity in the structure of modern interaction of the institutional projection of economic reality. The optimality of the dynamic development of the subject of economic activity, in a situation of neoinstitutional impact, is formed with the structural transformation and stability of specified economic relations. The specifics of the use of the institution of ownership within the framework of institutional influence on the improvement of the economic activity of the enterprise, in which responsibility is realized in the diversification and differentiation of the manufactured product, are considered. It is shown that the transitive position of the market mechanism of the domestic economy brings the use of the production, innovation and technological state to a new level of existence of an economic entity.

The article deals with modern problems of the business entity in the conditions of restructuring of socio-economic policy. The economic imperative as a factor of transformation of the new socio-economic development makes it possible for the business entity to quickly interact with other participants in economic cooperation to solve problems of a socio-economic nature. The functional change of the business entity in the structure of the state socio-economic policy is determined by the development of interrelations of the organizational and economic vector. It shows the strengthening of the socio-economic influence of state structures on the activities of an entrepreneurial entity in the specifics of the domestic socio-economic transformation of society.

The possibility of interaction between business entities is particularly attractive for improving business associations in the structure of institutional change. The system characteristics of economic entities are considered in the direction of transformational development of the economic potential of medium and large associations. It shows the strengthening of institutional influence on the formation of the concept of economic interpenetration of economic associations in the new conditions of socio-economic relations, with the functioning of the incentive of economic impact on the specifics of economic reform.

The article deals with the essence of transnationalization in the specifics of the development of the modern economic state of a large transnational corporate community. The process of institutional changes in the transitive economic strategy is particularly attractive for large transnational capital. The effectiveness of transnationalization is formed through the specific possibilities of institutionalization of the economic potential of transnational entities. In the current economic transformations, the strengthening of the influence of transnational corporate associations on the factors of economic potential of internationalized economic entities, which form specific economic relationships, is shown.
