Abstract
The article presents different approaches to the concepts of strategic management, its goals in companies, justified by the assertion that the proper application of the strategic management allows the company to constantly improve, to transform in accordance with the market situation, thus shows the correlation between the effectiveness of communication processes and the overall performance of the company.
