Abstract
In the article the author conducts a study of the legal categories of monitoring carried out in the framework of the institutions of regulatory impact assessment and evaluation of actual exposure in Russian Federation. The work reflects the regulation on the monitoring as modern technologies of information monitoring and «soft» regulation of entrepreneurial and other economic activities.
