Abstract
The bodies of state power of RF subjects, themselves being subject to assessment by the President of the Russian Federation and the Government do not have reliable mechanisms to achieve the estimated figures, however, in accordance with the Federal Law of 06.10.1999 number 184-FZ independent in the formation of such mechanisms. In the article the system of indicators to assess the effectiveness of the executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of economic development. This assessment is considered by the authors as a management tool of regional executive authorities to achieve the objectives of social and economic development of the Russian Federation.
