Introduction. The new geopolitical reality that emerged after the post-Crimean transformation marked the milestone from which the civilizational turn in the development of Russian society began. It became not only a response to foreign policy challenges, but also a manifestation of the internal need to rethink national identity through the values of historical continuity and cultural sovereignty. Under these conditions, there was a value-normative reorientation of public consciousness aimed at affirming patriotism, prioritizing national interests and consolidating society around spiritual and moral foundations. The purpose of the research is a political analysis of the transformation of Russian civic identity, identifying key determinants and mechanisms of institutionalization of new value orientations. The methodological framework is a synthesis of classical and modern approaches, providing a multi-level analysis of identity in the context of geopolitical turbulence. The research is based on the civilizational paradigm of A.S. Panarin, the constructivist approach of E. Gellner and B. Anderson, the theory of moral foundations by J. Haidt, as well as the ideas of P. Berger and T. Lukman on the social construction of reality. Within the framework of the models of T. Parsons and D. Easton analyzes the functions of political identity in ensuring the stability and adaptability of the political system. The methods of discourse analysis, historical-comparative and institutional analysis are used to identify the mechanisms of formation of modern Russian identity. Results. The results show that the genesis of a new identity is determined by a complex of exogenous and endogenous factors: global geopolitical competition and the transformation of international relations, as well as the consequences of the socio-economic and value crisis of the 1990s. Adoption of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation № 809 dated 09.11.2022 «On the approval of the Foundations of state policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values» institutionalized traditional values as the basis of state policy, consistent with the logic of constructing civic identity. Conclusions. As a result of the research, it is concluded that modern Russian identity is formed on the basis of the statist model of patriotism, combining traditions and historical memory. The key issues are ensuring a balance between inclusive civic and ethno-cultural identity, as well as overcoming post-Soviet value pluralism. The effectiveness of civilizational consolidation depends on the ability of the state to integrate diverse elements of political culture into a single system of national meanings.

Introduction. The vulnerability of young people to organizations that spread extremist ideology and involve them in terrorist activities poses a challenge for the scientific and pedagogical community to find effective ways to prevent it. Purpose. To study the worldview of students in the context of a gender analysis of the structure of the semantic content of the concept of "Coercion". Materials and methods. The study was based on data obtained during a free associative experiment. The main research methods were contextual analysis of lexical material, qualitative analysis of lexemes, semantic analysis of gender databases, and agglomerative-hierarchical cluster analysis of gender databases. Results. A gender linguistic analysis of the ideas of students of the humanities university about the process of coercion, obtained during a free associative experiment, allowed the authors to establish that according to common semantic features, the reactions received are divided into several groups (processes and actions; feelings and states; other reactions). It is noted that associations with the word "Coercion" include a number of metaphor reactions reflecting the personal meanings of the coercion process for respondents and its functions in relation to a person. At the same time, most of the available metaphor reactions have a negative emotional and evaluative connotation. Conclusions. A qualitative analysis of the lexical material obtained allows us to determine that the girls in the first place in terms of the percentage of mentions (by a margin) are the lexemes of the "Psychological pressure / imposition" block, the lexemes of the "Use of physical force" block are in the second place, and the lexemes of the "Blackmail / intimidation" block are in the third (by a wide margin). In turn, among young men, the lexemes of the "Use of physical force" block are in the first place (with a slight margin), the lexemes of the "Psychological pressure / imposition" block are in the second place, and the lexemes of the "Management (order, demand)" block are in the third (with a noticeable margin). This suggests a more "active" role for the male sample of respondents during the "implementation" of the coercion process. During the subsequent cluster analysis, the detailed structure of the lexico-semantic fields of the concept was established. Thus, it is established that the structures of the semantic content of the concept of "Coercion" in the linguistic consciousness of young men and women - native speakers of the Russian language do not diametrically coincide.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the basic principles of mentoring in higher education. The authors revealed that the activities of the mentoring institute should be based on a number of basic principles, namely: scientificity, legality, variability, individualization, consistency, mutual respect, axiology, competence and voluntariness. The study shows that the principle of a mentor’s work is to convey his own professional experience - “do as I do.” In modern conditions, this is not enough, so mentoring should be considered from the perspective of meta-technology, where, within the framework of interaction, the mentor chooses the most suitable role to achieve the best effect (mentor, coach, tutor, facilitator). The conclusions are formulated that the activities of mentors need to be competently managed, planning work to “grow” personnel, identifying factors influencing the state of personnel potential, and forecasting its development based on the basic principles of organizing the activities of a mentor. The interest of higher education institutions should be traced in this, because Thanks to mentoring, new opportunities open up for them in the implementation of innovative and investment-attractive projects, which, in turn, is an indicator of interest in these educational institutions as platforms for recruiting promising personnel.
