Конфликт интересов на государственной гражданской службе и особенности его урегулирования

Abstract

Article is devoted to the consideration of such an anti-corruption mechanism in the system of state service as settlement of conflict of interests. The author reveals the theoretical aspects of this concept, its essence, brings about a number of possible situations in ownership, which in turn can lead to a conflict of interests. Special attention is paid to commissions on the observance of the requirements of professional conduct and resolution of conflicts of interests: to their structure, requirements to independent experts, working order and the existing difficulties in carrying out their functions.
