The article is devoted to issues related to the problem of the formation and evolution of the civic position of youth in the digital environment. The authors consider traditional and digital mechanisms of socio-cultural regulation of youth civic positioning. The article substantiates the need to search for methods of socio-psychological reinforcement in the process of forming a constructive civic position of young people. The authors point out that digital technologies create intermediary channels that, on the one hand, allow you to include in communication those participants who would not be able to interact without a digital environment, but on the other hand, reduce quality and weaken such effects as direct infection and copying. ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL FACTORS OF INTEGRATION PROCESSES IN THE ARCTIC ZONE OF RUSSIA
Э.Б. Авакова, Н.Н. Покровская
During many centuries the development of the Arctic region is of considerable interest both for private companies and national states. Although 5 countries have direct access to the Arctic: Russia, Norway, Canada, USA (Alaska), Denmark (Greenland), other countries also demonstrate their interest toward the Arctic zone: Japan, China, countries of Scandinavia and Western Europe. Given the importance of the Arctic natural environment and ecosystem, transport length and reserves of various raw materials, a number of countries impose on the Russian Federation the requirement of access to the Arctic due to its global impact. At the same time, the Northern Sea Route and the Russian-Chinese cooperation project within the framework of the Ice Silk Road reflect Russia's readiness to defend its interests on the State territory, including the Arctic shelf. The article discusses the main problems and factors of integration in the framework of the development of the Arctic zone, primarily from the standpoint of economic and management approaches to the modernization of infrastructure in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The article also discusses the factors related to the search for resources for technical modernization and equipping of such a specific region, the interpenetration of effects in the Arctic ecosystem and the globe, globalization and the interests of countries and private corporations. Э.Б. Авакова, Н.Н. Покровская, Д.В. Голохвастов
The article considers the development of student entrepreneurship as a constructive factor in the expansion of Eurasian cooperation. The building of a youth policy in the Eurasian space can contribute both to the development of an innovative knowledge economy and the growth of high-tech industries, and to strengthening the links between national and regional political and socio-economic actors from the standpoint of "soft power". The material includes the results of a study of the atmosphere in St. Petersburg universities with measuring the level of tolerance and non-discriminatory behaviour which are necessary for productive interactions with other socio-cultural systems, in particular, for the creation of joint start-ups.
