The article describes innovative method of teaching foreign languages - creative technological method. The given method does not contradict communitive method and teaching of intercultural communication, conversely, it adds to their value. The author describes the principles of this method, paying special attention to the use of technologies.

Modern magistracy programs should comprise is now widely used in the world. Cognitive, metacognitive, affective strategies assist the development of design-thinking their aim is creation of a product is capable to exist by itself.

The article is devoted to the problem of security protection of the Russian education in condition of globalization of all spheres of life. The basis of overcoming challenges/ threats and risks is the stable national and international identity, the development of which, in the author’s opinion, depends on the components, which should be included in the educational process: resource, axiological, corporate, communicative.

The article is devoted to the upbringing problem significant nowadays – formation of directive of tolerance and national identity by means of the studying a foreign language. This discipline gives vast opportunities to achieve the set goals.

Modernization of higher education in the Bologna process format supposes its transnational character, which is possible only if the students are professionally mobile, and can continue/finish the chosen track of education in another country. This demands development of integration strategies of students/graduates of higher educational institutions in the European educational space. The article defines objective and subjective factors, their influence on the choice of educational tracks and also mechanisms of integration into European educational space.
