The issue of forming an effective food security system in the Russian Federation has been a key issue on the political agenda for a long period of time. In 2022, this issue received additional development due to the escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which resulted in the intensification of sanctions pressure on our country.

The questions of the formation of small groups on the basis of a selected set of specialists of various profiles and the formation of target groups for effective teamwork, for the implementation of a specific target search and rescue program are considered. The specific informational task of forming the most active variant of special search small groups for the Ministry of Emergencies is considered.

The influence of the unified state exam on the number of students in Russia is examined, an analysis of the number of students, admission to higher education institutions (state, municipal and private) on studies under the undergraduate, specialty, and master's programs in Russia using the data of Rosstat is considered, a statistical analysis of the time series in the form of developed software application “Building a predictive model of behavior of the time series“ Number of students in Russia ””, Software application developed Ano using the object-oriented language Delphi and implemented in the cross-platform visual programming environment Lazarus.

This article considers the concept of internal control, which is an integral element of each stage of management and "separate" stage, providing information transparency for the quality of the process. Its purpose is effective use of budgetary funds, safety of financial and non-financial assets of the institution, compliance with legal requirements and submission of reliable reports. The system may include other activities and matters subject to internal control in the institution. Understanding the importance of the internal control system assessment during the audit, we concluded that the internal control system is the current system of prevention, detection and correction of errors and inaccuracies in accounting entries and budget financial statements; the internal control system is created to improve the activities of the institution, and is the basis for audit planning. Evaluation of the internal control system is an essential stage of the audit and affects the choice of methods of collecting audit evidence. An effective system of internal control, in turn, also reduces the audit risk during the external and internal audit.

The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of production volumes of meat products, for example, poultry at the macro, meso and micro level (national, individual regions and specific producers of poultry factories). Identified the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of growing chickens. Examines the factors influencing the formation of quality and competitiveness of chicken meat products, the final conclusions with recommendations and suggestions.

For a long period of time, the agrarian sphere can not escape from the system of social and economic crisis that continues to the village of degradation, which leads to the need for a scientic explanation of the root causes of this situation. Organizational economic mechanism of implementation of the various aspects of the multifunctional nature of rural areas implies integration in alternative embodiments, existing forms of economy. Of all the forms of agricultural production the most appropriate for rural areas are large collective enterprises, genetically derived from the nature of the agricultural mentality of villagers. That engaging not only the production but also the storage, processing and even marketing their products without intermediaries, they create a number of jobs to maximize the scope of work for local population, which does not always t into the framework of pure economic efciency, but solve complex issues of social efciency, save villages.

Regional asymmetry of the national economy remains a topical issue, and the relevance of it increases in terms of the sanctions regime. In a separate region occurs uneven distribution of productive forces on its territory, administrative areas, climatic zones, which is accompanied by adequate differentiation of socio-economic conditions of life for residents, depending on where you live.

The authors of the article consider the basic approaches to the management of social and economic development. They prove the necessity of transition to the look-ahead adaptive control system of development. The basic directions of crisis management of the social and economic development in the region are defined.
