The article is devoted to the analysis of the relevance and significance of the study of the formation of the culture of patriotism. The author identifies three basic types of patriotic behavior: non-constructive, constructive and conformal, which differ, for example, in the level of rationality of behavior, its practical effectiveness, motivation, intensity.
